3. Data Storage & Security

Local Storage: Player and match data is primarily stored on your device for offline functionality. This ensures you can use the app on the sideline without internet connectivity.

Cloud Backup (Optional): If you enable cloud backup, your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.

Security Measures: We implement multiple security layers including encryption, secure authentication, regular security audits, and compliance with industry standards.

4. Permissions Required

Futbol Coach AI requests the following device permissions:

• Storage Access: To save match data and app files locally on your device
• Internet Access: To sync data, check for updates, and provide cloud backup services
• Camera (Optional): To capture lineup photos or player identification (if enabled)
• Microphone (Optional): For voice notes or coaching annotations (if enabled)

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time. Denying permissions may limit certain app features.

7. Data Retention

Local Data: Match and player data stored on your device remains there until you manually delete it.

Cloud Data: If using cloud backup, data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete data at any time through the app settings.

Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. User Rights & Control

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View all data we have collected about you and your players
• Modification: Edit or update any stored information
• Deletion: Delete any or all data associated with your account
• Portability: Export your data in a standard format
• Opt-Out: Disable cloud sync, analytics, or other optional features

9. Analytics & Crash Reporting

To improve app stability and performance, we collect:

This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to individual users. You can disable analytics in app settings.
